Boondock Saints, King Arthur, Blues Brothers, Braveheart, STAR WARS: A New Hope, oh, I guess that's five... I could keep going though.

As you might be able to tell, I'm quite a fan of the epic, but I like realism too.  Funny movies are usually good, but rarely awesome.

My top five are (but I have so many):

1. Bend it Like Beckham -it's about soccer and it has references to Beckham, what more could I want from a movie?

2. The Devil Wears Prada- hilarious, about a girl wanting to be a journalist in NYC, but must first pay her dues by working for a mean fashion editor as her assistant.   It kinda reminds me of what I want to do..move to NYC after college for editing.  The message is: don't give up, even when the going gets tough, gotta love that

3.  Wall-E- cutest movie ever! You'll laugh, cry, and make you go "awww" so many times.

4.  Almost Famous- about a 15 yr old teen who has to follow an up and coming band on tour to write a story about them for Rolling Stone magazine.

5.  Love Actually- it's about love (aww) in London, different people with their own little love stories and how it affects them.

The Harry Potter movies used to be in my top five, but then the fifth movie made me change my mind entirely cause it was so off from the book.  At least the last four made some justice to them, but the fifth one just made me want to throw popcorn at the screen.  Gah!...okie dokie, that's enough ranting for the day.
