My eyes are stinging,
Hot wet tears fall,
I shut them tight,
As if it'll stop the memory,
From tearing me in two.
It's all so real and raw,
His words break my heart,
Over and over,
Until I'm so numb,
I can't feel anything.
Everyday it starts over,
And my mascara runs,
With bloodshot eyes,
I don't know how,
To live with those words,
On repeat throughout my life.

This is a sad one. Or a melancholy one more like. You do well in making your point and disappointment known. Very good Kat! _________________ "I like baseball, movies, good clothes, fast cars and you. What else do ya need to know?" -John Dillinger |

I don't like how hopeless the character is feeling, but it is very expressive. _________________ "It's waiting for me... Here I am!"

I especially like the last few lines:
"I don't know how,
To live with those words,
On repeat throughout my life."
I've never really understood poetry without rhymes (not that I don't find it good or meaningful, just that I don't know to rhythmically read it) But this one is quite readable. Good job, Kat.
